PE Tarpaulin Manufacturing Process
Our PE tarpaulin is manufactured through a controlled process including extrusion, weaving, coating, and fabrication to ensure durability, waterproof performance, and long service life.
Extrusion
HDPE resin is melted and extruded into flat tapes, which serve as the fundamental material for tarpaulin production. This process ensures consistent thickness, strength, and flexibility of the yarn used in the fabric.
Weaving
The extruded HDPE tapes are woven into a strong base fabric using advanced looms. This weaving process creates a durable and tear-resistant structure, which forms the foundation of high-quality tarpaulin.
Coating (Lamination)
The woven fabric is coated with molten polyethylene to enhance waterproofing, UV resistance, and durability. This coating process creates a protective layer that ensures long-term performance in outdoor environments.
Fabricating
After lamination, the tarpaulin is processed into finished products through cutting, welding, hemming, and eyelet installation. This stage ensures the product meets specific size, strength, and application requirements.
Packing
Finished tarpaulins are carefully packed to ensure protection during transportation and storage. Different packing methods such as bale packing or roll packing are applied based on customer requirements and export standards.
